The Afghan National Police, funded on our dime to the tune of $27 billion, doing bong hits before going out on patrol.

We can’t find money to create jobs in America; we can’t figure out how to fix our crumbling infrastructure; we’ve got 10% official unemployment (and probably closer to 20% unofficially) and we’re spending $27 billion on the Afghanistan National Police force, which spends its time getting high.

I mean, don’t get me wrong, I like getting baked as much as the next guy. But I’m not a cop, and I do that on my own time and my own dime.
