RIP Robert Byrd
Policiticians are dirty ugly people, and even the best are awful. So while i have a lot of respect for Byrd’s dedication to the Constitution and his opposition to the Bush criminals… well, the less said about politics, the better.
What’s not so well-known about Robert Byrd was that he was a lifelong fiddle player, a much more respectable career than “politician”. So here are a few videos of Byrd fiddling, inspired by Christy Hardin Smith, whose presence on the internets I’ve missed.
