Laws: they’re just for the little people. Holder sez the prosecution had information the defense should have been provided, and maybe that’s true, but how many times does THAT scenario play out for the poor and the indigent? How many people languish on death row due to prosecutorial misconduct that in most cases nobody does anything about?

I went to your blog as soon as I heard about this… this is so fucked. Well, since he’s got the legal system working for him, can Obama just send some goons to beat the crap out of him? Something?
