REPUBLICAN MICHELLE BACHMANN: CONGRESS HATES AMERICA.
Via Daily Kos: Michelle Bachmann is as stupid and ignorant as she is off her rocker..
She’s got those same crazy eyes like McCain, as she rattles off catchphrases like some kind of autistic automaton. It’s weird: the more she talks the more the stupid just oozes out of her pores. It’s as if she’s on drugs.

You might be asking, what does a psychotic from Minnesota have to do with me here in Pennsylvania? I’ll tell you what: Michelle Bachmann is the Republican Party. Don’t believe me: just look at the recent banishment and/or exile of so many conservatives and Republicans of good will and good sense, from Christopher Buckley, to David Brooks, to George Will. These are lost people with nowhere to go. As Brooks so poignantly put it (or it would be poignant, if the pompous and mendacious son of a bitch hadn’t had it coming for some time):
over the past few decades, the Republican Party has driven away people who live in cities, in highly educated regions and on the coasts. This expulsion has had many causes. But the big one is this: Republican political tacticians decided to mobilize their coalition with a form of social class warfare. Democrats kept nominating coastal pointy-heads like Michael Dukakis so Republicans attacked coastal pointy-heads….
The political effects of this trend have been obvious. Republicans have alienated the highly educated regions — Silicon Valley, northern Virginia, the suburbs outside of New York, Philadelphia, Chicago and Raleigh-Durham. The West Coast and the Northeast are mostly gone.
The Republicans have alienated whole professions. Lawyers now donate to the Democratic Party over the Republican Party at 4-to-1 rates. With doctors, it’s 2-to-1. With tech executives, it’s 5-to-1. With investment bankers, it’s 2-to-1. It took talent for Republicans to lose the banking community.
Conservatives are as rare in elite universities and the mainstream media as they were 30 years ago. The smartest young Americans are now educated in an overwhelmingly liberal environment….
the G.O.P. is squeezed at both ends. The party is losing the working class by sins of omission — because it has not developed policies to address economic anxiety. It has lost the educated class by sins of commission — by telling members of that class to go away.
Here’s more of your modern Republican party, at it’s unhinged and high-pitched best.
Keep this woman and her John McCain crazy eyes away from my Cocoa Puffs, bit’s obvious she’s cuckoo.
