One can disagree strenuously on policy, but John McCain’s not doing that. He’s diving straight for the gutter, deliberately repeating debunked lies as fact, and soiling his honor worse than his Depends in a desperate play to win the Presidency, during which term he will become further emfeebled and may well expire, leaving a precarious nation in the hands of Sarah Palin, who is utterly unqualified to be president.
The Republican Party has become a party of cretins and halfwits. John McCain and George Bush are their leaders. Lincoln’s corpse is spinning so fast, it’s generating electricity.
