Uncle Earl
I am in love withUncle Earl. There is nothing as foxy as a girl that plays a fiddle or a banjo or any other instrument for that matter, and the only thing hotter than that is a girl that plays and signs old time. And these girls are just so cute. I’ve seen them live and they are the best thing ever.
And this video is so good. It’s the old time fiddle tune “Streak of Lean, Streak of Fat” sung in Mandarin Chinese, directed by, and featuring John Paul Jones (Led Zeppelin), as well as Jackie Chan and a woman who looks suspiciously like Monica Lewinsky. Very worthwhile viewing.
I love old time music. I would rather play old time music than just about any other music in the world.

I really enjoy the wide variety of material you provide on your blog. I agree with you about the old time music, it is some of the most fun music to play and listen to. We have some good local girl bands here that are quite talented, and yes, they are more sexy than the men. I’ll keep my eye out for Uncle Earl to come to town.
