More Beer

My upper back is killing me this morning after I twisted something last night as I emptied a 5-gallon glass carboy filled with sanitizing solution.

That’s right, beer is underway again at the Chateau. We tapped out the keg of IPA, and the second batch is currently carbonating. A brown ale is in a secondary fermenter as I type, but it could just as easily have gone right into the keg: brown ales are like that,very basic.

I believe the next three or four batches will be wheat beers. Just in tim,e for the dog days…
