Happy Hour With Hank
Hey folks,
On Wednesday June 11 June 13, I’ll be hosting Happy Hour with Hank Williams at Fergies. All Hank Williams, with none of the vomiting and dying in the back of a Cadillac associated with chloral hydrate! We’ll get started early around 7:30 or 8:00, so come on out: no late nights for us!
Wednesday’s band will feature the remarkable Larry Maltz on steel (he’ll also sell you a used book); the very good-looking Jeremy Darrow on bass; Bill “I can wing it but I don’t have a url” Dominick on fiddle, and yours truly pickin’ the Martin guitar as Hank (Senior, that is. No Junior, no III, although III’s pretty darn good). For your listening pleasure, there will be no Miss Audrey.
Fergies is located at 1214 Sansom Street in Philadelphia. We’ll be on the second floor.
