Biden points out the danger of the court’s decision on late term abortion.:
But, what this court did is it took that decision, and it said — put a Trojan horse in — through dishonest reasoning, laid the groundwork for undoing Roe v. Wade.
That’s the danger of this decision. Not the specific procedure, but the rationale offered to justify, I think, the next step they’re going to try to take.
I’m willing to bet in ten years women won’t have a right to have an abortion in the United States: young right wing radicals like John Roberts and Samuel Alito will sit on the court for a LONG time, and will be calling the shots.
I have family in Canada, and I am happy to volunteer my house as a stop on the railroad.
